Services are managed and provided by Conor A Daly (Managing Partner), in partnership with other experts on a project by project basis. 

Ceangal has established informal partnerships with legal firms and economics consultancies in other EU markets.  These contacts give Ceangal access to the resources and know-how to handle complex assignments. Ceangal also participates in public tenders and consultations with partner companies.

Conor A Daly

Conor A Daly has 17 years experience of international telecommunications and technology businesses, including eTel Group (Chief Operating Officer), Esat Telecom (Director of Carrier Services), and Telecom Eireann (Marketing Manager, Engineering Services). Since April 2002 he has been active as an independent consultant, focusing on the launch of commercial operations in deregulated EU markets for telecoms service providers, as well as international sales lead generation for companies in the ICT sector. Language capabilities include fluent Irish, French, German, Polish, Russian  and Czech. He has a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Diploma in Applied Finance from the Irish Management Institute.  He is a mentor on the Client Assistance Programme of the Dublin Business Innovation Centre (DBIC).
